Should I pay extra fees on my order?
Since the products of Dear Dahlia are being shipped internationally, you may have to pay customs duties and taxes. Customs duties and taxes are charged by your local customs office and Dear Dahlia have no control over these fees. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
Can I change a shade or my free gifts after shipping has occurred?
Due to the system settings, it is not possible to change the shade or promotional gift after shipping. Thank you for understanding.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To change or cancel your order, please go to My Account > Order History. If you have problems accessing your order please contact Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. To check your shipping status, please go to My Account > Order Status.
Can I change my shipping address after shipping has occurred?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after your order has been shipped. Please check the shipping status by going to My Account and then Order Status. To redirect a package that is already on its way, please contact your selected courier.
What can I do if my package is not delivered?
If in the case that you do not receive your shipment, you should submit a search request or file a claim immediately to the respective courier. Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
Do you provide gift wrapping services or gift bags?
Gift wrapping services are unavailable for online orders. Gift bags may be purchased at (https://www.deardahlia.sa/collections/gifts-sets).
When do orders ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm KST / 4pm KST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 1pm KST / 4pm KST will be shipped the following business day. On average orders take approximately 5 business days to be delivered.
Are your products tested on animals? Also, do you allow animal testing when required by law?
All of Dear Dahlia's products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not perform any type or form of pre or post animal testing or use any form of animal ingredients. We are not required by law to conduct any type of animal testing as we do not export to China.
Why vegan & cruelty-free?
Every year, 500,000 animals suffer from animal testing. 1,400 animals are sacrificed for just one ingredient and 622 cochineal insects are used for 1 lipstick. Therefore, numerous animals suffer from the widespread use of animal ingredients. Dear Dahlia is a vegan beauty brand which advocates spending for a good cause without the use of animal ingredients.

Is Dear Dahlia certified for its vegan formula or non-animal testing?
Dear Dahlia is certified as cruelty-free and vegan by PETA. Existing Dear Dahlia products have been certified vegan by the Vegan Society; a globally renowned organization.
Every time there is a new line of products, we are adding them to be certified vegan.
Do all products contain natural, organic ingredients?
Dear Dahlia is a vegan cosmetic brand that creates safe cosmetic products that contain natural, plant-derived ingredients. Our products are formulated with Ecocert, COSMOS, and USDA-certified organic, plant-based ingredients and do not contain any type of animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products gluten-free?
Dear Dahlia products are gluten-free.
However, for extremely sensitive skin, we always advise to spot test under the ear or on the underside of the arm before regular use or to consult with your physician before use.
What kind of pigment do you use instead of animal ingredients in lipsticks?
Carmine (extracted from cochineal insects) is a pink/red pigment most frequently used not only in cosmetics but also in food and beverage. It is not a component that can be easily replaced as it provides the red shade that is frequently used in makeup products. However, following our philosophy and core belief of creating cruelty-free makeup products, we have dedicated many years of research to finding plant-derived ingredients and non-toxic, food-grade artificial colorants that are harmless to the human body.
What kind of glitter do you use instead of animal ingredients?
Glitter: Makeup companies in general use heavy metals and animal-derived ingredients (e.g. fish scale and shell pearls) to give the powerful shimmery finish. However, following our philosophy and core belief of creating cruelty-free makeup products, Dear Dahlia uses ingredients, such as a natural mineral complex and eco-friendly, biodegradable glitter particles to create Dear Dahlia's unique shine and shimmer.
What kind of preservatives are used instead of parabens?
Dear Dahlia products use safe preservatives, such as 1,2-hexanediol. Our products are made with an 8-FREE FORMULA (Parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Phthalates, Metalloestrogens, Oxybenzone, Synthetic Fragrance, Animal-Derived Ingredients), combined with EWG Green-Grade, ECOCERT, USDA, and COSMOS certified organic ingredients.
Do Dear Dahlia products contain talc?
Dear Dahlia uses only safe, asbestos-free talc that is certified by the FDA and is harmless to the human body.
Is your palm oil and mica ethically sourced?
We only use ingredients that are ethically sourced without the use of child/animal labor.
Ingredients derived from palm oils and mica that are used in our formulations are RSPO-certified.
Do you use synthetic fragrances?
We do not use synthetic/artificial fragrances. Dear Dahlia’s signature scent is safely formulated with natural essential oils. Yes, Dear Dahlia’s patented signature ingredients, such as Dahlia Flower Extract, are exclusively used by us. Dear Dahlia’s Dahlia Flower Extract is patented for its unique extraction method which provides antioxidant benefits.
Why does my makeup brush have a subtle smell?
Dear Dahlia's Blooming Brush is made of vegan materials. The handle may have a subtle smell caused by the wood coloring process, but no need to worry since its usability and reliability have been tested for over 6 months. If you feel uncomfortable with the smell, we advise you to place the brush in a well-ventilated area for a few days before use.
Is Dear Dahlia packaging eco-friendly?
As a luxury vegan beauty brand, Dear Dahlia seeks to provide aesthetic packaging that is both luxe and eco-conscious. With a commitment to the environment, we have been expanding our range of reusable and refillable products, like our mesmerizing eyeshadow palettes and special holiday collections, just to name a few. While minimizing our daily plastic use, we plan to implement fully recyclable packaging design by 2025. As part of our efforts, our ongoing research has been focused on developing new packaging materials sourced from biodegradable ingredients, such as coffee grounds, tree bark, and corn.

1. What is tabby?
tabby offers safe, simple and convenient payment options that allow you to buy the things you love now, and pay later, interest-free.
2. How does it work?
Easy, you simply apply for tabby at the checkout and confirm your purchase with a 4-digit SMS PIN sent to your mobile.
3. How old do I have to be to use tabby?
You need to be at least 18 years of age to be able to use tabby.
4. Why is my national ID required?
We ask for your ID the first time you register with tabby. It helps us verify that it's really you who's signing up, and not someone else. Rest assured, we keep all your information safe and secure with bank-level security measures and 128-bit encryption.
5. Are there any fees on using tabby?
As long as you are making payments on time, we do not charge any interest or additional fees.
6. Why wasn't I approved?
tabby may not approve your application due to one of the following reasons:
- We were not able to verify your identity.
- You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as your full delivery address.
- You may have outstanding payments on previous tabby invoices.
- You may want to place an order for a smaller amount.

8. How do I know when I need to pay?
After receiving your order, we'll let you know by email and SMS notifications when your payment is due. You can also see all your upcoming due payments in your Tabby account.
9. The payment is due, but I haven't received my goods!
Please let us know if you haven't received your order yet. Once you've informed us, we'll adjust your account to ensure that you won't need to make payment until the issue is resolved.
10. Are there any late fees? What happens when I miss a payment?
tabby is committed to responsible spending which is why every purchase is carefully considered before approvals. You will receive regular reminders before any due payments to avoid missing them. If tabby is unable to collect payments on the scheduled day, you will no longer be able to make purchases with tabby until dues are paid. Late fees vary by country:
A late fee of 15 AED is charged 15 days after the order was delivered. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional late fee of 30 AED is applied, and in 4 weeks after your initial due date, another 60 AED.
A late fee of 15 SAR is charged 15 days after the order was delivered. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional late fee of 30 SAR is applied, and in 4 weeks after your initial due date, another 60 SAR.
A late fee of 1.25 KWD is charged 15 days after the order was delivered. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional late fee of 2.5 KWD is applied, and in 4 weeks after your initial due date, another 5 KWD.
A late fee of 1.5 BHD is charged 15 days after the order was delivered. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional late fee of 3 BHD is applied, and in 4 weeks after your initial due date, another 6 BHD.
11. Why my balance is locked?
You may be not able to shop more with Tabby for any one of the following reasons:
- If you have made your first purchase with Tabby, and still haven't paid for it. As soon as you have made payment for your first purchase, you will be able to unlock your credit limit with Tabby and you'll be able to make additional purchases using this limit.
- If you already have a credit limit, but it is not sufficient to cover your new purchase. You may want to try making a smaller purchase.
- If you have overdue payments, you will not be able to spend more until you have paid for them.
12. How do I make a payment?
You can pay for your purchases whenever you want before the due date. Simply log into your Tabby account and make a secure payment with either a debit or credit card.
Payment information is processed securely by Tabby. All transactions take place via secure connections, protected with the latest industry standard security protocols.
At the moment, payments cannot be made by telephone or bank transfer.
Returns and Refunds
13. I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
If you would like to return or cancel your order, please contact Dear Dahlia directly. Your payment, if any, will still go through unless the store informs us otherwise.
To note, any payments made to tabby will be directly refunded to your card once Dear Dahlia accepts your return.
14. How can I get a refund?
Please contact the store you bought your items from to request a return or refund. They will let you know if a return is possible and will inform you of the refund amount, based on their own return policy.
After Dear Dahlia processes your return, your refund will be reflected in your tabby account.
- If you haven't paid for the order yet, we will simply deduct the amount of the returned items from any upcoming payments you may have.
- If you have already paid for the returned items, your payment will be refunded to the card you had previously used. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 20 days for the funds to appear on your card.
15. My order didn't arrive. What should I do?
You would need to contact the store where you purchased your items since we do not have any influence over the delivery. If you could not get in touch with Dear Dahlia, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
16. Why do I have money on my Tabby account?
You may have some money on your Tabby wallet if:
- You paid more than the amount of your outstanding purchases.
- You paid for your order first and then returned some of the items. The value of the items you returned is refunded to your Tabby account.
You can use the money on your wallet to cover your following purchases.
17. Where is my refund?
After the store processes your return, the refund will appear on your Tabby account.
To see the status of your refund:
- Sign into your Tabby account.
- Select the purchase.
- Your refund will show up there.
Don't see it? Your refund should show up on your balance within 3–4 days.
